In the end, Kolkata Knight Riders lost 5 wickets in 20 overs and scored 162 runs. Nitish Rana played 61 balls and scored 87 runs. Among the bowlers of Chennai, Lungi Engidi bowled hard on this day. He played an impeccable innings of 31 runs from 11 balls. Chennai Super Kings won the match by 178 runs in 20 overs after Jadeja hit a six off the last ball. Pat Cummins and Varun Chakraborty took two wickets each for Kolkata. The man of the match on this day is Rituraj Gaikwad.
