IPL 2020: SRH vs DC: Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Delhi Capitals by 88 runs

 Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Delhi Capitals by 88 runs in Dubai. Batting first, SRH lost 2 wickets and scored 219 runs in 20 overs. Riddhiman Saha and David Warner batted hard. Warner made 66 runs from 34 balls and Riddhi made 87 runs from 45 balls. In reply, Hyderabad were bowled out for 131 in 19 overs.

IPL 2020: Where have you been master! After watching an impeccable performance of Riddhiman Saha, this is exactly what cricket fans are thinking again and again. Even young wicketkeeper-batsmen like Rishav Panth, Sanju Samson or KL Rahul may not be able to take their eyes off Riddhi's batting today.

The Indian squad for the upcoming Australian series has been announced on Monday. Riddhiman Saha has taken a place in the Test team. And the very next day, Riddhi shine like a star in T20. Against Delhi, Sunrisers Hyderabad wicketkeeper-batsman Johnny Bairstow was replaced by Bengal's son Riddhiman Saha. That Riddhi opened today, playing an impeccable innings of 87 runs off 45 balls proved that he is the master of using the opportunity!

Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Delhi Capitals by 88 runs in the 47th match of IPL in Dubai. David Warner's team scored 219 runs in 20 overs after losing only 2 wickets. The team's two openers Riddhiman Saha and David Warner also set the record for most runs in a power play in the IPL this season . Warner was dismissed for 66 off 34 balls. On the other hand, Riddhiman returned to the pavilion with 87 runs from 45 balls.

This opener pair laid the foundation for the team's big run against Delhi. Before 10 overs, Hyderabad crossed the 100-run mark. And then Warner and Riddhiman stopped Manish Pandey from running out but Manish Pandey did not let it be understood. Pandey remained unbeaten on 44 off 31 balls. Norje and Ravichandran Ashwin took one wicket each for Delhi Capitals.

On the other hand, Delhi started losing wickets one after another as soon as they got the bat. Shikhar Dhawan was out for 0 runs. Ajinkya Rahane, Shimro Hetmeyer, Rishabh Panth and Tushar Deshpande were the only batsmen to reach double figures. Panth scored the highest run among them, 36. Delhi skipper Shreyas Iyer returned with 7 runs. Akshar Patel 1, Marcus Stones 5-- This was the number of runs in Delhi's strong batting order.

Hyderabad bowlers used the opportunity. And among them Rashid Khan has splendid! Khan took 3 wickets with only 6 runs in 4 overs. Sandeep Sharma and Natarajan took 2 wickets each. Shahbaz Nadeem, Jason Holder and Vijay Shankar took 1 wicket each. Sunrisers Hyderabad ended Delhi Capitals' innings in 19 overs.

With this match win, SRH moved up to No. 6 in the points table and Hyderabad still kept their hopes of reaching the play-offs alive. On the other hand, Delhi Capitals moved to No. 3. RCB took advantage of DC lose today's match. Virat Kohli's team moved to No. 2 in the points table. The man of the match was Riddhiman Saha. David Warner's team finally won with the help of  Riddhiman's success.

IPL 2020: KKR vs SRH : Kolkata Knight Riders beat Sunrisers Hyderabad in Super Over

 Sunrisers Hyderabad were defeated by 2-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. It was Kolkata's 5th win in the season and the team is placed fourth with 10 points.

IPL 2020: Two-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad, captained by David Warner, in the Super Over in the 35th match of IPL-13. Hyderabad captain David Warner at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi won the toss and decided to bowl first. Kolkata scored 163 runs losing 5 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs and Hyderabad scored 163 for 6 wickets thanks to the innings of David Warner (47 *). The match was tied and Kolkata won in the Super Over.

Hyderabad team could score only 2 runs in the Super over and in 4 balls Kolkata achieved the target.

David Warner tried hard but could take a single off the last ball and the match went into the super over. Warner, in his unbeaten innings of 33 balls, scored 47 runs with the help of 5 fours. Apart from them, Johnny Bairstow contributed 36 and Abdul Samad contributed 23 runs. Kolkata pacer Lockie Ferguson took 3 wickets while Varun Chakraborty, Shivam Mavi and Pat Cummins got 1-1 wickets each.

Kolkata scored 163 runs losing 5 wickets in 20 overs and Hyderabad got a target of 164 runs to win. Opener Shubman Gill scored the highest score of 36 while captain Eoin Morgan, who was dismissed on the last ball, contributed 34 runs. Morng and former captain Dinesh Karthik (29 *) shared a 58-run partnership for the 5th wicket. Karthik returned unbeaten on 14 balls with 2 fours, 2 sixes, while Morgan hit 3 fours and 1 six off 23 balls.

Andre Russell once again proved to be a flop and scored 9 runs to become T Natarajan's second victim. Russell faced 11 balls and hit 1 four.

IPL2020:  Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) defeated Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) by 69 runs in a match of the 2020 season of Dubai Indian Premier League. Hyderabad, batting first, scored 201 runs at the loss of 6 wickets. In reply, Punjab's team chasing a target of 202 runs did not work the fastest half century of the season in 17 balls and the team could only manage 132 runs after losing all wickets in 16.5 overs. Man of the match Johnny Bairstow (97 runs), David Warner (52 runs) and Rashad Khan (12/4) were the heroes of Hyderabad's victory in the match. This is Hyderabad's third win in 6 matches and has moved up to number three in the points table with 6 points. On the other hand, Punjab are at the bottom of the points table with 5 defeats in 6 matches. Now his road to the playoffs looks difficult.

Punjab, who faced huge scores, did not get the expected start. His first blow came in the form of Mayank Agarwal (9), who scored a century in the tournament. He was run out by Khalil Ahmed at the exact throw of David Warner. After this, Prabhasimran (11), playing his first match, was caught by Priyam Garg off Khalil Ahmed, while captain KL Rahul (11) was caught by Williamson by Abhishek Sharma and the team scored 58 for 3 wickets.

KL Rahul was dismissed, Nicholas Puran took charge of the attack and completed the half-century in just 17 balls, scoring 4 sixes and a four to Abdul Samad, who came in the 9th over. This is the fastest fifty of the season. Samad scored 28 runs in this over. The Sunrisers were brought back in the final five overs by leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi (three wickets for 29 runs) and Arshadip Singh (two wickets for 33 runs) in which the Sunrisers could add only 41 runs.

Sunrisers captain Warner decided to bat first after winning the toss and teamed up with Bairstow to give the team a stormy start. Warner opened the account with two consecutive fours on Sheldon Cottrell while Bairstow also extended his innings with a four over Mujib ur Rehman. Bairstow hit three fours in Cottrell's next over. Bairstow, however, was fortunate on scoring 19 when Punjab captain Lokesh Rahul hit a difficult catch off Mohammed Shami. Warner hit two consecutive fours in the same over.

Rahul turned the ball over to Bishnai in the over in the 16th over, this proved to be the turning point. Bishnoi also lured Bairstow after Warner was caught by Maxwell on the very first ball, scoring only one run in this over. Warner faced 40 balls and hit five fours and a six. Arshdeep caught Manish Pandey (01) off his own ball in the next over, leaving Punjab losing three wickets in seven balls. Bishnoi also sent Abdul Samad (08) to the pavilion while Arshdeep ended Priyam Garg's (00) innings. Sunrisers lost five wickets within 15 runs. Kane Williamson (20 not out) hit a four and a six off Shami's successive balls in the final over which helped the team cross the 200-run mark.
