These are the hidden features of Truecaller, you will not know about them, here's how they work

Truecaller is a very useful mobile app. There are a lot of features on this platform which are well known to all. But today in this news we will tell you about the secret feature of Truecaller which you do not know about.

Truecaller,latest technology news,Technology,Technology News,app,smartphone,smartphones,truecaller app,spam,spam calls,how to use truecaller,

Technology News: At this time we all use Truecaller to detect spam calls and unknown numbers. This platform has a lot of features, which are very useful for the users. But there are many such features, about which very few users are aware. We are going to tell you about the same features of Truecaller here, which you will not even be aware of. Let's know in detail...

Inbox Cleaner

Smartphones have a lot of storage, so we do not delete SMS. Inbox Cleaner helps you delete old, unwanted messages in a matter of seconds. Truecaller users will not have to personally select the messages to be deleted. By tapping on Inbox Cleaner from the menu you will be able to see how many OTP and Spam messages you have collected and by tapping on it again you will be able to delete old SMS without affecting important data.

Spam Statistics

Keeping in mind the spam calls and SMS, Truecaller has added Spam Statistics feature on its platform. With the help of this feature, you have developed a special way to know about them by looking at the name and statistics. Can understand whether you should raise this number or not. This includes information about the number of spam calls this number has made recently, what times these calls usually come in, and the upward and downward trends in spam markings.

Block Number Series

Most of us get unlimited calls throughout the day. These include spam calls and wrong numbers. Because of this we sometimes get very upset. In this case, we can use advanced call-blocking of Truecaller. Truecaller updates spam list everyday. So don't forget to update it too (for premium users this happens automatically). If you get calls from a particular country or number series and you have never been to those places, go to Truecaller settings and you block them all by tapping the $ sign. This advanced option is available free of cost to all users.

Smart SMS

Generally, 80 percent of the SMS received by an individual are from businesses. That's why SMS apps need to be smart enough to filter spam and categorize useful information. Truecaller uses the same powerful algorithm to identify spam callers in SMS as well. The app has SMS intelligence and can work offline locally on your device. Hence nothing goes out of your phone including OTP, Bank SMS and financial information. Smart SMS has been developed by making the SMS engine more powerful, which filters out spam, categorizes useful information, reminds you of payments and makes your SMS inbox a very organized space.

Call Reason

Has your important phone ever been ignored by peers, friends or family? If the person is busy, he or she should know how important the call is and stop and answer it. Call region feature can be used for this. It is available for iOS and Android users. Users can enter a reason before each call or choose one of the pre-defined reasons. This greatly increases the chances of your call being picked up.

How to see other people’s WhatsApp status without letting them know? Here is the trick

People’s WhatsApp status are like Instagram/Facebook stories. If people check your WhatsApp Status you'll get to know when you check the list. But there's how to see others’ status without letting them know.

Technology News: WhatsApp status’ work a bit like Facebook and Instagram stories. They stay for twenty-four hours and you'll add multiple status updates a bit like it's with stories on the other two Facebook-owned platforms.

But like on Instagram you'll make a group of close friends and share stories that just they will see, incase you would like to keep some content away from those who follow you there, WhatsApp doesn't have that option. All contact on WhatsApp can see your status if you post one.

There are instances where you would possibly want to see someone’s status and not allow them to know - just as it'd happen on Facebook or Instagram. And there's an easy way to do it.

And it involves the ‘Read’ receipt.

All you need to do to keep your profile from popping up on someone’s status checked-list os by turning off the Read receipt.

Go to Settings, click on ‘Privacy’ and turn off the Read receipts.

Now if you check someone’s status, he/she won't be able to see your name on the list of individuals . Easy.

Like it is with turning off Read receipts that removes the double blue tick from your messages, it also disappears for all of your chats and you don’t get to know if others have read your messages or now - an equivalent also happens for the WhatsApp status.

If you switch Read receipts off, you'll also not be able to see who all have checked your status.

So you would like to make a decision what’s important to you then take the plunge. in fact it’s as easy to undo it as it is to do it. you'll always return into your settings and turn on Read receipts for things to return to normal.

A real sneaky ebay to do things would be to toggle the Read receipts off whenever you would like to see someone’s status and not allow them to know then turn it on after 24 hours. But this whole process looks like way an excessive amount of work for far too little. People have been known to go to fascinating lengths though.

If you are looking for excellent photo quality but don't mind missing out on features like an ultra-wide or macro camera, Google has achieved its usual software and AI-powered enhancements with the Pixel 4a. this is often the best Pixel phone we'll get in India this year thanks to an absence of 5G networks. Performance is snappy thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC. You get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and there are not any variants. You get a vivid 5.8-inch HDR10-capable full-HD+ OLED panel with an embedded 8-megapixel front camera. The 3,140mAh battery delivered average battery life, lasting for almost each day in tests.

The single 12.2-megapixel rear camera has an f/1.7 aperture and optical stabilisation. You get plenty of camera modes and controls to tweak. Daytime landscapes look excellent, with good details and vibrant colours. Portrait shots also begin well with good edge detection. you'll shoot 4K video at up to 30fps and it also looks good.

You can usually find the Pixel 4a selling for Rs. 29,999, although its official price is Rs. 40,700.

OnePlus Nord

smartphone, smartphones, smartphones under 30,000, cheap smartphones,Technology News,tech news,Google Pixel 4a,Vivo V20,realme X3 superzoom, realme x2 pro,OnePlus Nord,

The OnePlus Nord could be a new budget offering from OnePlus, which manages to deliver a comparable Android experience to the OnePlus 8, but at a cheaper price. OnePlus has kept all the staples like the AMOLED display, Warp Charge fast charging, and an enormous battery within the Nord. However, it's made some cuts when it involves the SoC and therefore the build quality. The OnePlus Nord still has glass on the rear , but rather than a metal frame, it's plastic.

The SoC used is that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G, and not an 800-series chip as we're wont to seeing. However, the Nord does support 5G, which may be a cool bonus. As an overall package, it's really hard to seek out fault with the OnePlus Nord. App and gaming performance is sweet , it captures good photos and videos in daylight, and therefore the display supports HDR10+.

Low-light image quality suffers a bit, but that's just about this phone's only major weakness. Battery life is very good and therefore the single speaker gets decently loud. One impressive feature of the OnePlus Nord is its ability to shoot selfie videos at 4K 60fps, which are some things even the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro can't do.

The base variant costs under Rs. 25,000 but remains competitive with costlier smartphones. If you intensify to higher RAM and storage variants, you'll get an excellent phone for under Rs. 30,000.

Realme X3 SuperZoom

smartphone, smartphones, smartphones under 30,000, cheap smartphones,Technology News,tech news,Google Pixel 4a,Vivo V20,realme X3 superzoom, realme x2 pro,OnePlus Nord,

The Realme X3 SuperZoom may be a powerhouse of a smartphone. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC is quite capable of handling anything thrown its way. it's a sharp display, a big battery, and a quick fingerprint sensor embedded within the power button., The highlight feature of this model is in fact its telephoto camera.

The Realme X3 SuperZoom can do 5x optical zoom and a complete of 60x digital zoom, which is impressive for a phone priced under Rs. 30,000. the remainder of the cameras perform well under good light too. Realme has also added tons of night shooting modes to play with, which may be a great value-add for night photography lovers. The Realme X3 is just like the SuperZoom model in every way apart from the cameras. the quality model can only do 20x hybrid zoom and features a 16-megapixel main selfie camera, rather than 32-megapixels on the SuperZoom model. aside from these differences, both phones are identical.

Even though we've not reviewed this cheaper model yet, the remainder of its features and performance should be very almost like what we experienced with the X3 SuperZoom, so we will say it's worth considering if you're on a decent budget.

Vivo V20

smartphone, smartphones, smartphones under 30,000, cheap smartphones,Technology News,tech news,Google Pixel 4a,Vivo V20,realme X3 superzoom, realme x2 pro,OnePlus Nord,

The Vivo V20 is out there in a multi-coloured Sunset Melody option also as more sober colours. It prioritises design over specifications but can still pack a punch. You get a 6.44-inch AMOLED panel with narrow borders but a dewdrop notch which could seem old-fashioned now. On the back, you will see a stepped camera module with a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel wide-angle/macro camera, and a 2-megapixel mono camera. For selfies, there is a 44-megapixel front camera.

Performance is simply about adequate, because of the Snapdragon 720G processor. You get 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. This phone ships with Android 11 and Vivo's FunTouch OS on top. Photos look good, even low-light ones. Close-ups are impressive with soft natural depth. Video is stabilised at 1080p also as 4K. Battery life isn't great, but that's to be expected with such a slim phone.

Realme X2 Pro

smartphone, smartphones, smartphones under 30,000, cheap smartphones,Technology News,tech news,Google Pixel 4a,Vivo V20,realme X3 superzoom, realme x2 pro,OnePlus Nord,

The Realme X2 Pro does a touch little bit of everything right at a fraction of the worth of a true flagship. it's an enormous 6.5-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 90Hz refresh rate. it's well designed and feels tons costlier than it actually is. Realme has also tossed during a 4,000mAh battery that delivers excellent battery life. That's not all, this phone comes with a 50W fast charger that's capable of topping the device up in about 31 minutes.

It also gets the flagship-grade Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC and has three variants: 6GB of RAM with 64GB of storage, 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, and 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. The 6GB/64GB variant was introduced post-launch and is now retailing for Rs. 29,999. Earlier, the 8GB/128GB variant was priced at Rs. 29,999, but following the GST hike, it's gone up to Rs. 31,999.

The Realme X2 Pro features a quad-camera setup and is capable of taking good photos in several lighting conditions. We had an issue with the low-light video quality of this device, and that we also found that it heats up a little when subjected to load.

Technology News: In what could be the most important reason for Indian gamers to rejoice, PUBG Mobile India has been officially launched in India by PUBG Corporation. The new edition is named PUBG Mobile India, where the word "India" denotes the many things that went wrong with the earlier version and led to the ban, are fixed. according to PUBG Corporation, the new edition is specifically designed for Indian users, which include local customisations like characters starting the game fully clothed. The official release date of PUBG Mobile India are going to be announced soon.

South Korea's PUBG Corporation has said it'll offer secure and healthy gameplay for the PUBG Mobile India, which are likely to be in line with the government's mandate. PUBG Corporation's parent company Krafton recently tied up with Microsoft to store user data on Azure Cloud, which is additionally available in India locally. the government has mandated the data of Indian users stays within the borders under the data localisation policy. So, that's one item ticked off from the list.

Apart from the government's concerns, the rhetoric of PUBG Mobile being a bad influence on teenagers of India had tons to do with the ban simultaneously. the overall perception of PUBG Mobile as a violent game that goes against certain "cultural practices" are some things that PUBG Corporation is addressing head-on. within the India-specific PUBG Mobile India, the characters are going to be fully clothed, unlike the regular version where avatars are half-naked and need to be dressed with the assistance of attires won or bought within the game. the game will also be set in a virtual simulation training ground that's familiar to Indian users.

One of the most important reasons behind the dismissal of PUBG Mobile was health reasons. PUBG Corporation is also addressing that aspect with the new feature inside PUBG Mobile India that will put restrictions on game time "to promote healthy gameplay habits for younger players." But effective this feature is going to be is something that remains to be seen and observed over time.

PUBG Corporation has also announced that it'll create an Indian subsidiary to "enhance communications and services with players." The Indian subsidiary will employ 100 people specialising in areas of business, esports, and game development, through which the PUBG Corporation plans to allay fears of the govt and users associated with the foreign manpower. This move is also beneficial for PUBG Corporation because it will increase jobs within the country, especially when the app ecosystem of India is undergoing a significant change as a result of the backlash against Chinese apps.

Beyond the employment, PUBG Corporation will make investments worth $100 million in India's various ecosystems to "cultivate the local video game, esports, entertainment, and IT industries." according to the company, this might be the biggest investment by a Korean company in India other than those within the manufacturing industry. a significant portion of this investment are going to be dedicated to esports events and tournaments that the new Indian subsidiary will hold time to time to give a boost to India's gamer community. These events, the company says, will be "India-exclusive" and bring large prize pools and tournament productions.

WhatsApp has partnered with five leading banks in India including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, the state bank of India, and Jio Payments Bank. “To send money on WhatsApp in India, it’s necessary to have a bank account and debit card in India.
